1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

Before Shipping: If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it by contacting us at contact@richasarees.com. Once the cancellation is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

After Shipping: If your order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, you may return the product(s) as per our return policy once you receive them.


2. Return Policy

We accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:

Eligibility: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as customized or personalized sarees, are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@richasarees.com to inform us about your return request. Please provide your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to return.
  2. Pack the Product: Securely pack the product(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  3. Ship the Product: Send the package to our return address:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will process your refund as follows:

Refund Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product(s).

Deductions: If the product is not in its original condition or is damaged, we may deduct a restocking fee or refuse the refund.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you may return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@richasarees.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product or an error on our part.

Refund of Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
